Best Western Heritage Inn Chico

Large rooms that were fairly quiet. There is a lawn area out front where we were able to walk the dog. There were dog poop bags available in the front desk area. There is also a table with chairs out front near the lawn that is for smokers, which I thought was considerate of the hotel to provide. The hotel is near Trader Joes, the Cinemark movie theater, and various food and beverage options.

Everything even the cookies are the best

Pet friendly, grab and go breakfast was fantastic and good hours.

The staff were excellent!! I needed to use the computer but the guest computers were not working properly. I was allowed to use an alternate computer. I was able to get my task done. Staff even offered to make a breakfast for me.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The late night shift was especially nice. Big room and very clean. The included breakfast was had very good choices.
